Datuk Syed Hisham bin Syed Wazir, 51, holds a Bachelor in Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma in Engineering from Hastings College of Further Education, Sussex, UK and a Master of Business Administration from University of Ohio, USA.

Datuk Syed Hisham is a Non-Independent Executive Director. He was appointed to the Board of EON Berhad and Managing Director on 12 May 2005. He is currently the Chairman and Director of various subsidiaries and associated companies within EON Group.
